Food & Hospitality Oman, the only event in Oman for the food and hospitality sectors, will be held from the 16th to the 18th of October at the new Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. Biggest exhibitions and conferences organizer Omanexpo will once again showcase the industry’s rapid growth and continuous development through an exhibit of the latest products, services and technology representing the food and beverage, food processing technology, kitchen and catering equipment, packaging systems, HORECA supplies and related services segments through a tried and tested trade and networking platform.

Against the backdrop of Oman’s ongoing construction of multiple infrastructure and real estate and tourism developments, companies such as Renaissance Services SAOG are on the same growth path, offering strategic facilities management solutions for businesses in a wide range of sectors and launching the Renaissance Village brand, a uniquely designed workforce accommodation solution.

Along its announcement of its signing up as Platinum Sponsor for Food & Hospitality Exhibition & Conference, a representative of Renaissance states, "We are happy to be associated with Oman's premier trade show in the food and hospitality Industry. Renaissance has been an early mover and a prominent player among high quality catering and integrated facilities management companies in Oman, which makes such events offer companies like ours a fantastic opportunity to showcase all our services related to the domain. Our aim is to expand awareness and knowledge about the range of services we offer."

The Renaissance Group is an Omani multinational listed on the Muscat Securities Market (MSM30) as “Renaissance Services SAOG”. In Oman, Renaissance has a footprint across the Sultanate with 100+ sites. Its businesses serve diverse clients within the oil and gas, energy services, healthcare, education, military, commerce and industry, and ports and marine sectors.

Talking about the benefit of associating with Food & Hospitality Exhibition & Conference 2017, Renaissance says, "Renaissance considers this event to be an ideal platform that brings all industries related to food and hospitality together under a single roof, providing an opportunity for customers and potential buyers as well as companies to establish new business and contacts in new local and global markets.”

Food & Hospitality Oman will feature more than 400 brands from 20 countries and an India pavilion with 40 exhibiting companies. This year’s event will also give emphasis to Omani products and services with an Omani Products pavilion. Concurrent to the exhibition is the Food Safety Oman Conference and the groundbreaking Oman Barista Competition and the long-running and highly anticipated Professional Chefs Competition.

With the increase in the government’s spending and initiatives to boost the food and hospitality sectors’ GDP contribution, exhibitions such as Food & Hospitality Oman is in an advantageous position to help strengthen the market and synergize the tourism sector.
