The “2nd Annual HR Oman Summit” organised by Fleming Gulf is a result of the tremendous response received for the past Managing The Human Asset Summit, which received great appreciation from the participants for its informative content.

The Oman HR and Nationalisation Congress developed by IQPC and GEC, is therefore being held in order to provide a platform for HR, training and education professionals from public and private cross-industry organisations to come together and share insights and exchange best practices for implementing a successful HR development and nationalisation programme in order to meet the changing and growing demands of the country’s marketplace. The congress will be held between the 10 - 13 February 2013 and will consist of a two day conference as well as two days of workshops.
